Still Loveable

When people leave our lives, it can feel like we're losing ourselves at the same time. The day-to-day life we knew so well is not the same.

This is painful.

Especially when this is by choice. It's one thing to lose someone to illness or death, but it's totally different to have someone choose to leave you.

How can we handle this?

New Beginning

Just because 1 person doesn't love you, it doesn't mean that you are unlovable. We hear the words "I don't love you anymore" and it translates as "You are NOT loved anymore". There is too much focus on the end and not the beginning.

The end of something is a sure sign of a new beginning. If you can make it through, there is always a breakthrough hiding behind a broken heart. Heartbreak leads to a breakthrough.

As we go into a new year, know that there may be heartbreaks headed for you. But this is not something to fear but embrace.
